  • Class 11–12 (PCB/PCMB) students

  • Undergraduate students (Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Zoology / Botany)

  • Beginners with an interest in bioinformatics

  • Sequence formats and data types

  • DNA and protein sequence alignment (Basic concepts)

  • Phylogenetic analysis (basic overview)

  • Ethical issues and data management in bioinformatics

Part II: Bioinformatics Advanced

  • Students who have completed the Basics course

  • Undergraduate and postgraduate students in Life Sciences

  • Multiple Sequence Alignment (MSA) tools

  • Phylogenetic tree construction and interpretation

  • Protein structure prediction and visualization

  • Genome annotation and analysis

  • Use of bioinformatics software and online servers

  • Case studies and real-time biological datasets
